Artifact of choice
One of the artifacts I've chosen is a screen cast illustrating how to make bookmarks and hyperlinks in Microsoft Word. The same process applies to Publisher, PowerPoint, and Excel. The video below is a screen cast using Camtasia on the process of creating bookmarks, hyperlinks and testing the links. This video was posted to You Tube as in instructional video for my online classes.
In addition to the comments from my students, I've received favorable comments from people that came across my video. Over all, I am pleased with this video. If I were to make anther video with the same content, I would slow down a little and emphasize the location of the insertion point for the bookmarks.

My second artifact is a video I made for my flipped classroom on mitosis. Often we hear teachers say, I would do more if I had the tools. I chose this artifact because it illustrates the capability and functionality of Movie Maker and Audacity, tools we have in our tool belt already.
Movie Maker is a free application from Microsoft that is installed on all PC computers. The video is made from images and movie clips downloaded from KLVX TV. In addition to Movie Maker, I used Audacity, another free program to record the audio that was inserted into the video.
